Semillas Fitó has sponsored the VI International Symposium "Companies with a Human Face: Management by Missions Across Cultures" held on April 27th at the International University of Catalonia (Barcelona).

The sixth edition of the event aimed to present cases of management by missions in different countries and reflect on the challenge of implementing management by missions in environments of high cultural diversity.

Semillas Fitó was one of the good case practice examples. Our colleagues Enrique Roca (Sales and Marketing Director, Field Crops Europe), Ahmad Qasem (Middle East Director) and Jaswant Singh (India Director) explained how the Fitó mission is applied in their respective areas, adapting the different commitments to local realities without losing sight of the global perspective.

The symposium, initiative of the Chair of Management by Missions and Corporate Governance of the UIC, reminds academia and the business world, by presenting real practical cases, that it is possible to conduct business with a humanist perspective.
